What’s the typical delivery time?
Our standard production lead times are:
New label projects: 7-10 business days
Repeat orders: 5-7 business days

What is an artwork proof?
A PDF artwork proof lets you check your label’s layout, sizing, and copy before printing begins.
You’ll receive a digital proof for approval, included free with any design or print order.
What is a press-proof?
A press proof is printed on the same press and material as your final order.
It shows the exact color, finish, and feel of your finished label — so you can see it, peel it, and test it on your product before production. Press proofs are only available for digitally printed labels.
What does a press proof cost?
Since a press proof require material and labor to produce, there is a fee of $115 per press proof.
If you need additional sets after changes, we can produce them for a discounted additional fee .
Do you color match?
Yes! We can color match Pantone® colors or match to a supplied physical swatch.
Send us your sample, and we’ll mix ink on-press for the closest possible match.
I’ve never ordered labels before - How do I start?
You may be new to this, but we’re not.
Schedule a free consultation — we’ll walk you through your first project, gather details, and provide a clear roadmap so you know exactly what to expect.
I have a design idea — can you help me turn it into printed labels?
Absolutely. Send us your logo, label copy, and even a rough sketch.
We’ll turn it into professional, print-ready artwork that’s aligned with your brand and built for your packaging.
I already have artwork, but I need small edits. Can you help?
Yes — simple changes like resizing, color updates, copy edits, or adding barcodes are quick and easy.
Minor artwork changes start at $30; larger revisions are billed at a discounted rates $75/hr depending on complexity.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 500 labels per size/layout.
If you have multiple versions (like scents or flavors), you can group them to reach the minimum — with at least 100 labels per version.
Example: 100 labels each of versions A, B, C, D, and E = 500 total.
Do you have setup or plate fees?
No.
There are no additional setup or plate fees for standard orders — no hidden costs or surprises
What if I need a custom die or shape?
If we don’t already stock your size or shape, we can order a custom cutting die.
Standard shapes: $175 (one-time cost)
Special shapes: $300 (one-time cost)
Once it’s created, it becomes part of our regular die library for your future use.
Are my labels supplied on rolls?
Yes.
All InkWise labels are produced on professional roll-to-roll presses and supplied on rolls for easy hand or machine application.
We can position labels on the roll to match your application equipment’s requirements.
How do I pay for my order?
All custom products and services are prepaid before production.
